If you ask any doctor how to treat back pain, they’ll recommend exercise.
But we all know it’s easier said than done. The pain can be so intense that even the thought of moving feels overwhelming.
And there’s always the fear of making things worse by doing the wrong movements.
Maybe you’ve tried physiotherapy or followed YouTube videos, but they didn’t deliver the results you were hoping for.
You lack the knowledge, the motivation, and you’re unsure where to begin.
To stay active with back pain, it’s essential to adjust your movements so you don’t make your pain worse.
The exercises should target the key muscles that support your spine, while avoiding any movements that could aggravate your pain.
Also, the details like the number of repetitions, frequency, and order of exercises need to be just right.
Don’t worry—the 21-Day Back Pain Program is specifically designed to give you a gradual, personalized plan that fits your needs.
To effectively treat your back pain, it’s important to mix up the exercises you do.
By combining mobility, strengthening, and breathing exercises, you give your body the best chance to heal properly.
Equally important is knowing when to rest. Proper rest not only prevents injury but also supports better recovery after exercise.
You can also use pain management techniques like self-massage or heat therapy to help you progress safely.
In short, this holistic approach will keep you active and pain-free, so you can enjoy life without interruptions.
Guess what? The 21-Day Back Pain Program meets all these needs—and so much more!
My name is Anas, and I hold a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Montreal, Canada.
Over the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping over 25,000 people suffering from back pain across various countries and continents.
With my experience in private practice, I have now shifted my focus to my online community, which led me to create Lumbafit, in collaboration with various healthcare professionals.
Our mission? To use our expertise and experience to help those suffering from back pain, and to provide them with a platform that allows them to stay active and engage in sports without being limited by their pain.
Great program! I’m going to repeat it with more sets because I still have some pain in my sciatic nerve.
This program is incredibly well done. It must have taken a lot of work to develop. There is so much professionalism involved, and everything is well thought out. Not to mention the presentation of exercises in both video and text format, with helpful illustrative images. Personally, I already feel a difference after just a few days.
A huge thank you for your generosity, Anas. It’s a very kind gesture.
I wish you all the best.
I was diagnosed with L4, L5, and L5-S1 herniated discs, and I was able to complete the entire 21-day program. I’ve regained about 65% of my mobility, as I’ve returned to my work as an HVAC technician. However, I still experience pain in my lower back on the left side, and it radiates down my left leg, but only when I’m standing. My thigh and knee hurt after walking for about 25 minutes or when standing for that same duration. I can only work comfortably when sitting. During the 21-day program and up to now, I’ve been seeing a physiotherapist every two days for massages, but the pain is still present occasionally.
After a serious sprain, I found myself on crutches for over a week. Sciatica started to appear, but I wasn’t surprised, as I’ve been familiar with back pain since I was 18. After 8 weeks of sciatica, I finally managed to get an MRI. The result: 2 herniated discs at 29 years old. Relieved to have a diagnosis, I was terrified when surgery was mentioned. My condition worsened, and I had great difficulty just walking, feeling like there was no way out. After seeing a general practitioner to share my despair, I was given two weeks off work. This gave me a chance to step back from a very complicated situation at work. Your program supported me during the summer when I couldn’t see my physiotherapist, and the pain has clearly decreased. I can now walk more than 6 km again. It’s still a bit tight in the mornings, but the cycle now seems positive. Thank you for this program, which has helped me regain trust in my movements.
Hello, I’ve just discovered your 21-day program, and I’m following it. I’ve been suffering from back pain for many years, dealing with chronic sciatica. I also had back surgery in 2008, but it didn’t solve my pain. In November 2023, I had a traffic accident while practicing cycling despite my back issues, and a vehicle hit me. A T12 fracture with vertebral compression was diagnosed. Since then, the pain has persisted, and the latest MRI shows a protrusion where the pain is most intense. I wanted to sincerely thank you for the program you’ve created, which is already helping me feel better. The explanations are very clear, and the exercises are easy to perform based on my pain. Personally, I follow everything you do on your website. Thank you so much for your help, which allows me to stay active with my body through movement and awareness, depending on my pain. 😇
I’ve just started the program, and it’s very well-structured. I’m confident it will help me with my osteoarthritis-related pain. A big thank you for your generosity!!!
I followed the 21-day program, as I was dealing with a herniated disc that caused pain all the way down my leg. The back pain has now stabilized, and there’s no more pain in my leg. I will continue to follow the advice to eliminate the pain completely. Thank you, Anas. What do you recommend next? »
An incredibly well-structured and thorough exercise program, with gradual progression in each session.
« I’m just starting the program, and I have to say it’s really well designed. I’m confident it will help with the pain caused by my arthritis. A big thank you for your generosity! »
Absolutely! Since the program is designed with progressive exercises, it can be adapted to anyone. Older adults, who are often more sedentary, tend to benefit the most from it.
While the program is safe, it won’t work miracles if there is excessive inflammation. In that case, it’s important to first manage the pain and get clearance from your doctor. Only then should you begin the program.
Exercises on YouTube don’t take your specific situation into account, and they are often targeted at a younger, more active population. In fact, many of my patients have complained about worsening their symptoms after trying exercises they found on YouTube. That’s why the exercises in this program start from safe positions and are gradually progressed at your pace to avoid injury.
To be honest, physiotherapists can theoretically offer even more personalized exercises. The problem is that the healthcare system often limits their ability to practice freely. The 21-Day Back Pain Program is perfect if you feel that your physiotherapist hasn’t provided enough exercises to take full control of your recovery.
